I am part of production so ensure that the machines keep running, that they are topped up with components and that faults are resolved quickyl
I enjoy my program a bit, however it was better before i got moved to a different department. Where i am currently working has nothing to do with controls and doesnt lead into it either.
The structure is getting better as different managers have now taken responsibility for ensuring we know what we need to learn.
The support from my employer is okay and is there when i need it
The training provider gives okay support and when questions are asked they find the answer.
For the current job role i am destined to go into my degree has no relevance at all, however if i was still on maintenance/controls then aspects of it would be relevant to the job.

Come into it with an open mind and expect things to change and be different to what was originally expected. Business needs are changing considerably at the minute, be ready to adapt to whatever changes are made
