Year 1 solely based within Coleg y Cymoedd Year 2 one day at Coleg y Cymoedd and four days at GE on rotation working on various sections throughout GE gaining experience whilst also completing an NVQ. Year 3 full time at GE gaining experience throughout the different departments at GE whilst finishing our NVQ
I have learnt many new skills
I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme, meeting skilled engineers whilst on rotation has helped me gain the skills required to become a great engineer.

Coleg y Cymoedd gave me an insight into what I could expect when working at GE, I felt confident when starting work on the shop floor at GE.
