    • Year 1 solely based within Coleg y Cymoedd Year 2 one day at Coleg y Cymoedd and four days at GE on rotation working on various sections throughout GE gaining experience whilst also completing an NVQ. Year 3 full time at GE gaining experience throughout the different departments at GE whilst finishing our NVQ

    • I have learnt many new skills

    • I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme, meeting skilled engineers whilst on rotation has helped me gain the skills required to become a great engineer.

    • the programme is very well structured

    • My employer is available whenever I require support

    • Coleg y Cymoedd are very supportive and hold progress sessions where you can to discuss any boundaries to learning

    • Coleg y Cymoedd gave me an insight into what I could expect when working at GE, I felt confident when starting work on the shop floor at GE.

    • There are plenty of extra-curricular activities to get involved with at GE including volunteering for STEM activities within the community.

    • GE is a great place to work, there is a fantastic worth ethic within GE and all the staff are keen to help train and assist.

    • Ensure that do some research on the company and the company values and expectations
