    • Organized well. While learning at college and applying that knowledge to the workplace

    • Good support. Hold meetings every 8 weeks to discuss progress and next steps, also available to contact anytime.

    • It evolves writing about the task / job completed. So is beneficial to dive more in-depth about the job and learn more.
