As an apprentice I have to complete specific jobs to use as proof in my MVQ Logs and answer all of the question packs.
I have learnt how to correctly use the tools that are needed for the jobs and have improved working in teams to complete the tasks
When I started the management was not great but it has improved since then
We are well supported to complete the work that we need to.
We have all the relevant training provided and any support we need.
With this qualification I should be able to progress to a better role in the future
There are not many extra-curricular activities that we can be involved in
Yes
This apprenticeship provides a very good learning experience and foundation to working in engineering
Try to complete the MVQ logs earlier rather than later
