  • It was the best decision I made for me and look forward to my future opportunities

  • My programme is in its 6th year and is evidently well run, schedules are well defined and support systems are in place for me

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • we have many areas of support at BAE, early careers and the project management function are the two most involved and easy to reach but there are a host of other areas should you require them

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • minimal, out with the week long training/lecture week our provider doesn't tend to reach out/support

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • gaining the PMQ will aid me in my future progression and enable opportunities for development, the qualification ties in very well with my day to day role and job expectations

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • there are conferencing events, family days and team building days - i haven't put a lot of effort into finding any others yet

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • After completing my Biomedical degree I knew I didn't want to do that for my life, finding BAE was the best thing that could have happened to me. The environment is busy/different, the people are amazing, job security and opportunities are the best I have heard - fantastic company

  • Be yourself use the company values/behaviours show you care
