I am a supervisor in which I may run shifts and make sure jobs are completed with a timely manner whilst still being done right. I also help the other staff when they need and I am always there for customers aswell.
Yes! I have learned so much since starting. These include running the store on my own and what tasks I need to complete during the day. I also have learned time management skills and my maths and English skills have increased a lot.
I enjoy the program a lot because I have got to meet a lot of new people and I also have fun with my colleagues and customers. It is never a dull time at work!
The structure is amazing! With the help of my assessed Paul I learn a lot from this program. It has multiple sections and links that you can use to further your knowledge on the the business
I receive a lot of support from my employer and I can always speak to them if I have a question.
Everything I know comes from my training provider and it lets me build my skills within the day on my own.
I feel like it helps me perform better a lot. This is because he and my team have given me the confidence to succeed!
We have conferences that are held outside the business and also we have team events which the manager plans with the staff. This helps to build the relationship between the team.

It is a growing company and is amazing at making its staff feel happy at work!
Just keep calm when in a interview but also I would advice them to join the apprenticeship program if possible.
