My job involved maintaining the health and data on clients servers. This involves active uses of AD and Azure.
Lots... I came from a people management background and I have been put with a team that are not only highly experienced but are happy to take the time to answer question, train and have confidence when I take tasks on. This means my knowledge of servers, IT problems solving and process has greatly increased.
I enjoy this role a great deal. I'm with a great team, a great mentor, a helpful management team and am learning a lot
The programme has set classes for you to complete as well as course work. There are also additional training your you to improve on your skills if you choose
I receive a great deal of help from my employer. My managers have been very understanding and reasonable and I feel very supported.
I'm currently on a Azure Level 6 and have been encouraged by my management to complete my Azure foundation and Gen AI as well as my scheduled courses
My course have helped me with basics of my role. An example is Azure and Powershell which I'm now using daily
Not that I know of .. Im based in Inverness and most social events are in London.

This program has given me a chance that I didn't know existed before. I'm learning a lot that with help me gain the future I want. I have recommended this to many people around our office who have applied.
