My job is predominantly calculations and interfacing with various stakeolders.
communication, maths, teamwork, presentation, managing, innovation, digital, software, IT.
I really enjoy the programme I am on and think that the company is great. Very supportive and willing to allow us to explore our passions
The course itself is very structured and organised but I had come from a previous apprenticeship within the company so I am currently working with management to ensure that there are smoother transitions in the future.
An abundance of support for project work, homelife support, support to follow ambitions and support for passions.
the training provider support is there if required I believe but I havent required it so far.
I feel like it is more that my work helps my qualification more.
there is an abundance of extra curricular activities with possible routes for every employee to follow their passions within the work environment (for example digital, innovation and sustainability) as well as social activities too!
