Day to day running of directorate, managing people, dealing with problems, analysing data, meeting targets
Developing people management skills, writing assignments. Learning more about strategies & meeting targets
Really enjoying the programme & building on the knowledge I have & developing skills & behaviours

As much support as can be given whilst undertaking an apprenticeship whilst working full time
Plenty of support, they are at the end of an email if required, regular webinars & face to face sessions. Regular check ins
The apprenticeship is giving me a better understanding of my organisation & helps me to see how I fit into the overall organisations whilst highlighting areas of change & enabling me to explore potential for development both personally & professionally.
