• Prepare and input data into the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information and adherence to deadlines • Answer colleague queries effectively and efficiently, working alongside the line managers to ensure a timely resolution • Cover and support with a wide range of Payroll queries and processes, including but not limited to: o Absence o SSP/SMP/SPP o Statutory requirements (i.e. Tax and NI) o Auto enrolment
Yes i have learned more information into payroll legislations,ssp,smp,omp,spp,opp,pensions and tax this has helped me more with my day to day job role
I find the apprenticeship very informative and helps me have more understanding of how payroll works
I find the apprenticeship not very organized due to me starting the course and now being on my 3rd tutor due to previous tutors leaving. But the Course work and how the course is planned i find to be very organized
I receive a lot of support from my line manager in regards to me taking time to do my course work and in any questions i may have
I have found that my tutors are very helpful and respond to any questions very quickly and explain in detail
I find that it helps me with my day to day job as i have more of an understanding of how things work and am able to answer more queries

i find poundland to be a very good company to work for as the teams you work in are like a family and are always there for each other poundland also offers alot of help when needed
