    • Not a lot, most of the time is taken up by purely admin tasks and box ticking.

    • It's decently organized, especially given the amount of resources and explanation available on the programme website

    • All the support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Good support. Besides the regular sessions we can book 1-on-1s to have more detailed explanations

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • So far very little, we feel overqualified for the course. The little we had so far was mulling over concepts that don't have any impact on the way we perform our roles

    • Not many, but that's rather my fault

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • The company is decent in the way it treats employees and from my experience it conducts business in an ethical manner, which helps you to stay motivated.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?

    • To join the company as a business management trainee. Life in the company is a bit harder for anyone that took a different route.
