Not a lot, most of the time is taken up by purely admin tasks and box ticking.
It's decently organized, especially given the amount of resources and explanation available on the programme website

So far very little, we feel overqualified for the course. The little we had so far was mulling over concepts that don't have any impact on the way we perform our roles

The company is decent in the way it treats employees and from my experience it conducts business in an ethical manner, which helps you to stay motivated.
To join the company as a business management trainee. Life in the company is a bit harder for anyone that took a different route.
