    • I have learnt how to change a barrel and postmix. I have completed bar training

    • I enjoyt it but there is quite alot of work to do along with TAP training at work

    • I am messaged before meetings but need constant reminders.

    • I have had a few people assigned to support me.

    • I receive good support and I am helped completing my course

    • I am now better at dealing with people and complaints. I can now also upsell more
