I am a support worker over our Warrington flats service. I currently support 5 I individuals with various mental health issues to live as independently as possible.
My manager has been giving me extra responsibilities and I have been doing, risk assessments, care plans, audits. I basically have been running the service and enjoying the added responsibility.
It’s giving the skills and knowledge to progress further into a senior position
The program is well structured and the workshops have so far been rewarding and enabling me to further my existing knowledge
My manager is very supportive and always on hand for any help I may need.
My tutor is very supportive and I am able to contact her with any questions or issues.
My confidence has improved massively since starting my level 3 apprenticeship. I speak freely and share my existing knowledge and skills on the workshops with other learners.

There’s always progression opportunities and my manager is supportive and invested in my development
