  • I have participated in various training and capacity building workshops which has greatly improved my skills sets and knowledge in carrying out my role/duty of providing effective care and support, better working relationship with colleagues, and other professionals, as well as with family of individual in care

  • I love the program because it is very rich in content and easy to follow and comprehend; although time consuming due to my tight schedule.

  • I have learnt and continue to learn a lot from the program; and I know that my capacity on the job would be positively and effective impacted by the knowledge and skill i am acquiring from this program.
