  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • So much. My development coach for the apprenticeship has been great. Right from the start I used to struggle with completing the coursework but my development coach set out time with 1:1 sessions to help me get it done and complete on time.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe it helps me to be a better technician. The training was almost like school and I don’t have to worry about making mistakes. There’s always someone to help. I feel that I am better trained than some technicians who didn’t go through the apprenticeship.
