I prepare reports that reflects the monthly pay and go revenue and costs related to other products and services. I also prepare pricing reports for our products. I also liaise with auditors to provide samples of transactions and postings.
I have learnt a lot of analytical skills, communication skills and presentation skills. My technical knowledge and business acumen has improved.
I very much enjoy the programme as i feel like I am learning something new every day, the company provides us with very good training for technical and soft skills. The teams and structure of the programme is well managed that there is a lot of learning and growth opportunities.

My employer is very supportive whether its about learning the job, learning for my exams, developing new skills etc.
My studies towards CIMA is very relevant to my role as I learn a lot of financial accounting which helps with the reporting of the finance but the management side of CIMA really helps with leadership skills, ways to manage organizations and overall decision making skills.
