  • Taking calls from bereavement customers and clients (family members, friends and law companies). Assisting all levels of the bereavement journey close down personal accounts, and business accounts.

  • Yes 100% I have learnt so many more new skills across the board.

  • I am thrilled to bits with my employment status and the prospects I have in front of me. I couldn't be happier.

  • The support I get from my employer ins the best I have ever had in employment.

  • 10-10 again. My training provider Capella are amazing. I will miss them.

  • 10-10. Its integral. My performance is going from strength too strength.

  • Yes there are lots on offer from walks, nights out and office activities.

  • Because they look after you to the highest level across the board.

  • The more you put in the more you get out. Work hard and be a team player.
