  • My role is to work stock and ensure everything is rotated correctly. This can involve going back and forth tills and dealing with customers needs.

  • I have learned how to work tills and deal with customers and their needs. I have learned how to manage time and work efficiently to ensure things are done properly.

  • I really enjoy the experience and opportunity this programme has given me as it is giving me a qualification and I’m learning and developing new skills.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think it is very organised as all online work to be completed is set in a monthly order. This helps me stay organised and make sure I keep on top of work.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive all the support necessary to work the job I am working. I am being trained on new thing’s constantly which helps me gain a better idea of what being a manager involves.

  • I receive all the support needed when I’m doing my online work. My assessor keeps in touch to understand how I’m getting on and offers support whenever necessary.

  • My qualification helps me gain a better understanding of what management involves. This can be through reading, videos, real life conversations or asking questions.

  • Unfortunately not but it would be great.

  • Yes

  • I believe that it is a good experience to work with customers and understand and work all sections of the store.

  • Make sure they’re dedicated and committed to the job. Understand ALDIs core values and be hard working and eager to learn.
