My role is to work stock, complete daily training tasks and manage the team on shift whilst completing tasks to a high standard
I have learnt how to effectively manage a team, gained a great deal of confidence and time management has improved greatly
The programme was very effective in teaching me the skills I needed to be a great manager within my store. Without it I would have struggled to achieve the targets I am now achieving
The structure of the programme was very effective, having been allowed time on shift to complete my written work I was able to complete my tasks on time
My employer was very supportive throughout my apprenticeship
If I needed any assistance throughout my apprenticeship I was able to get in contact easily with my training provider
I believe it has helped me greatly in my world performance
Unfortunately not but would be great!
Yes
They are very attentive to their employees, the pay is great and everyone is part of a family
Highly recommend the management apprenticeship and the friendly nature of colleagues makes it a great place to work
