Installation broadband and TV boxes, and troubleshooting of any issue with Virgin Media services.
I learnt a lot during this apprenticeship. How to risk assess before doing anything in order to avoid risks for me and people around me. I also learnt the right method to resolve a customer issue with our services.
It is a very well organised programme. Teaching you everythig from from 0. Really enjoyed meeting new people and gaining new skills.
As I said in the last question, I could not ask for a better programme. Tutor and Support Specialist are amazing. You get taught everything you need to know from 0. The best!
That is the reason why I love the apprenticeship programme and workig for Virgin Media. Anything I need, I always get support from my manage lr and the company. Never worked for a better company like this.
I get complete support throughout my apprenticeship. I can count on anyone in the company if I need it.
I feel very comfortable because I am being taught everything and I am sure I will be sure to perform very well in my role.
Yes there are lots of extra curricula activities. We are always asked if we wish to do volunteer work, paid like a normal working day from the company for doing some social works. There are also some internal challenges between teams that push us to give our best and win the competition as a team. Very nice idea.
Yes
It is the best place to work, gaining new skill. Working for a company that support you in everything and always protect you. That is not something that you find everywhere.
Do your best to get in the company and you will not regret that.
