New skills have been limited as I'm an experienced manager with 15+yrs working in Banking. I have gained knowledge around the subject which provides personal and professional development. Allowing me to take the learning and put this into practice.
It's been a good experience and the quality of teaching has been excellent. The course itself has lacked some direction from the outset with confusion around the course requirements & timescales. The learning is aimed at student with little work based experience so I have felt some of the content has not been relevant.
The course has lacked structure with it's objectives, requirements and timescales
This learning is new so the support has been as goo as it can be. I have been given time and room to take my learning and support the businesses journey around the subject matter
The support has been good. The requirements and uploading of evidence could be easier. There is a final project to be completed and despite me taking the learns already and achieving more than the project requires, there is still a need for me to do something else with a benchmark below what I've already been doing. I can't understand the reason for doing this when the learning has already been implemented in to my job
The learning and understanding itself, along with the opportunities given to me by my employer, has provided me with new opportunities to involve myself in priorities outside of my business area alone. The qualification itself will have little impact.

Great employer with growth opportunities for development and career progression for those seeking it. The working environment is positive and the Bank is heading in the right direction.
Great company to work your way through the ranks. Involve yourself in as many areas of the Bank as you can as the opportunities lying across the business is significant. There will be something for everyone
