  • On a day to day basis i have my morning meeting called a stand up in which each member of the team reports what they done the previous day and their plans for the current day. After this, i work on specific tasks for my team, or study for university.

  • I have developed a lot of skills including coding, development, presenting, organising, and social skills

  • I love working for TUI. The job fits my needs perfectly, the work culture is positive, the pay is amazing and the flexibility is unparalleled. Genuinely an amazing company

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure has not been amazing. There has been a lack of communication between the uni, the government and the company. Lack of clarity on KSB's etc

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support. Whenever an assignment is due they always allow me more time for studying. They support my university learning with work based projects.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provide is not that good. They teach us content but the lectures are never detailed enough to help with the assignments and the lecturers are not very useful.

  • I believe it helps a lot. It is a tech based degree and a tech based role

  • Be yourself. TUI employees are positive, social people, so be yourself and have fun when applying
