Its given me new insight into my role and inspired me to really get back in the learning zone
Its good, very early days yet, some glitches in the online learning, but between myself and my tutor we keep in touch and manage to turn them around, find different ways of doing the same thing.

My tutor has a busy case load but we have a variety of ways of getting information across/to and from each other and updating on progress, use of apps, email etc not just the online learning framework.
I am already utilising the KSB in my current interactions with coachees, and getting more out of sessions, using more tools, giving more to the client and having more confidence in my ability as a coach.
There are but i don't currently engage with them through personal choice.

They keep you accountable. The learning is very relevant.
Go for it. Ongoing self development is essential for work life balance. Lifelong learning means you are constantly improving and updating yourself.
