On a day - to - day bases what I do is i run and maintain the quality of a production line to ensure high quality product is delivered from the raw material into the final insertion of the product into a shipper.
During my time in packing i have learnt many different skills such as time management and working within a team besides that i have improved on my communication due to the environment that i work in.
I have really enjoyed the program that i have been put on it was a great experience for me and I have been able to get involved with a variety of opportunities.
the program is well structured in places however it could use some work to it.
Excellent support has been received by employer during my apprenticeship
there was good support from some of the teachers from my training provider other than that it was very underwhelming
I feel that my qualification isn't suited very well to my job role as i haven't been able to incorporate anything i have learned at college into my job role.
there are plenty social activities to get involved in.
