the day starts with a morning meeting where we discuss what happened the day before and what tasks are to be completed during the day. Then before I start any work we complete all relevant health and safety documents, after which work commences.
during my 9 months being at tarmac i have learnt many skills. Include all types of conduit bending, i have learnt about various panel components what there job is and how they function. I have also learnt many of the health and safety regulations and to strictly abide to them.
I thoroughly enjoy coming to work every day and learning new skills, interacting with colleagues
When I come into work every morning we are given a task and I go to college twice a week studying level 2 on a Friday and level 3 Monday
I receive help form all work colleagues on training and general enquirers
I have regular meetings with the college assessor where we discuss how college is going and if there is any problems
Somethings at college help me when at work however somethings don't have any relevance to anything i do at work
