As an apprentice I worked doing placements around the factory but now am on shift acting as an associate.
Some
My programme ended early in october and I hoped to be able to be fully in my job role by now but am still being used as an apprentice and associate.
not very
little to none now
did receive some help but have completed qualifications so there isn't anything for them to support with now
Doesn't help my job role at all, I would be in the same place earning more if i just got a job here years ago
sometimes I can go on training or to social events
No
The apprenticeships could be so rewarding but aren't there yet
Be yourself, If you do want to work here there are good places in the factory to work and they like candidates to be themselves more than know everything as the whole point of an apprenticeship is to learn
