Receptionist - I answer the telephone, raise the site barrier, answer email's, help answer queries from customers and patient's, arrange room bookings, arrange access cards, parking permits and barrier fobs, deal with contractors, arrange temporary cards for visitors to site, deal with the post both internally and externally, take deliveries. I am also assisting with the Soft FM Team which is helping team leaders with opening and close work orders, arrange purchase orders as well as other duties that they request.
