  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well structured in the sense that the 2 rotations we will go through were clearly outlined, allowing us the chance to learn and develop in both areas. However, there is a lack of proper early careers program for the role, with us not having the chance to interact as much with other ECPs as much as other roles do and there is no clear learning program/development outside of the department such as project management courses or chances to broaden our scope outside of the department due to travel restrictions.
