My role includes maintaining and fixing applications on a 1st level support basis.
Developed existing IT skills and learned more technical based cyber skills.
I enjoy the ability to learn and improve on my skillset, whilst also being supported financially from a full-time role. It takes out the worries of getting by.
Very well structured. Information sharing and training is easy in our team due to the number of people willing to pitch-in with my training.
Plenty. I feel fully supported and my employer really cares about my progression and wellbeing.
