Apprentice mechatronic maintenance technician, servicing different parts of machinery and performing maintenance in the designated time slots available and fixing or upgrading different things within the factory
since starting work I have developed my communication skills and learnt how to work and perform maintenance on different things around the factory
i enjoy the programme because it is very structured and you are never confused on what you need to do
the programme is very well organised by the company and training centre as we always know what we need to do and what date it needs to be done by
I get a lot of support from unilever as I get a line manger, cell leader of the placement I am in and an apl which is like a mentor so there is always someone to speak to if confused
The training provider ( Amrc training centre ) always support you when struggling with work you can just send them an email and they will reply as soon as they can with ways to help you
I perform better at work because the training provider made me go through similar tasks within there college so I was able to have a basic understanding of the equipment at the workplace
I haven't been offered any yet but I'm sure that they will be
Yes
Everyone is so friend and helps you when you need it and you get treated fairly
