I assist with the running of the internal controls report project, I assist with the running of the intragroup outsourcing framework and assist with the maintenance of the Conflicts of Interest register
Yes, I've developed my excel skills as well as my organisational skills when it comes to carrying out a project.
there are very few things that I don't enjoy about the program.
the programme feels very well structured, the check ins with elite are always useful and the soft skills learning has been beneficial
it does feel as though if you want/need something that you need to get it yourself, but this is not necessarily a bad thing
we are given a very good level of support, I've never needed to have extra sessions but they have always been offered to us.
the learning for the excel exam has definitely helped me, but the main qualification isn't very relevant to my day to day work
I am part of the early careers/young professional network
Yes
its a very exciting company to work for and the ability to interact with incredibly successful people is very valuable.
make suer you're well prepared for the interview as there are many people who apply for it
