My role within the social team is currently on campaigns, and will be moving across to brand content, talent and PR on rotation. At the moment, my responsibilities are scheduling and posting content across our social media channels. Furthermore, I am responsible for back tagging any content that has gone live, have full visibility of the social team calendar to know which content is owned by who and when it is going live, and researching social media references to contribute ideas for upcoming briefs.

I feel that there could be improvements when it comes to our training provider in terms of communication.
I enjoy learning new information and find it has definitely helped me become more knowledgable when it comes to my role.
During our first week, we had a pizza making class and a social event. Also with my current team we have been out for breakfast and regularly have social events after work.

I would recommend ASOS to a friend because it has great values and has extremely supportive people within the company. It is an amazing opportunity to learn about the company and develop your own personal skills alongside some great people.
To just be yourself :)
