  • Motivations theories - putting these in practices and understanding how colleagues are motivated in different ways to achieve high productivity Leadership skills - Has helped me understand and improve my leadership skills by understanding and managing my emotions, as well as the emotions of others

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is going well so far and I mostly enjoyed how to motivate the team. My mentor is very nice and approachable, as well as being clear and thorough. Has helped me create a plan to catch up on work.

  • The organisation and structure was well done however change of mentor almost at the end of the programme wasn't managed very well.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer was very supportive and have always given me the time that i needed to get work completed. I have also had 1-2-1's to track and support throughout the apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support i received from my skills coach was great. Always provided me with the recourses that was required to complete my Knowledge statements have provided me good feedback for corrections.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This helps me perform better in my role as it has taught me emotional intelligence and provided me knowledge of how to be a great leader. It has also been good to re-cap on some areas that I had studied before, but needed a refresher and put them in real experience.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are always various events happening at Enterprise and chance to expand my professional network and build my personal brand and growth. There are many projects that I was involved in which has helped my growth and secured me a promotion.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Enterprise Mobility to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Enterprise is a great place to work. They have always taken care of me and have recognised me for my talent that I have and recognised me as a future leader of Enterprise Mobility. Enterprise sticks to their values strong and makes sure employees voices are heard. They provide many opportunities for growth and I can vouch for this as I have personally experienced this.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • If you are looking for an enjoyable working environment and growth, then Enterprise is where you should be applying. Always get involved in projects and build your network as this will help your talent to be recognised across the business.
