Every day is different! Often I'll plan my weeks work the week before, it involves various analytical techniques in the Laboratory. After doing lab work I have to complete a write up on my experiment and it's findings.
I've become much more independent and organised. I'm able to plan my own packages of work so that everything is completed for it's deadline. I have developed very strong laboratory skills too.
I thoroughly enjoy the apprenticeship, it has been extremely interesting and I feel I've learnt so much since starting.
There are sometimes a few problems concerning the timings of university work as it can be difficult to balance it with project work at AZ.
