A range of admin jobs for various people and teams. Chances to take lead roles and manage projects.
I have developed a range of skills, such as communication, adaptability, confidence, resilience and leadership.
I enjoy the majority of the work i do. Some days can be busy whereas others are slow. Would be better if it was consistent.
It is somewhat organised. We have college days usually one a month to complete an assignment and learn new things, but these are sometimes cancelled or just not very well structured/ organised on the day.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer by having i weekly 1-1 check ins. LPR's are done every 12 weeks too.
If i have any questions on my assignment , the skills coaches are usually pretty good at answering these, or i sometimes go to my colleagues in the office for support. The only thing that is lacking is the amount of time it takes for an assignment to be marked.
I feel it helps a little but i learn more from doing so being learning from colleagues rather than college days is more beneficial to me.
