Degree Apprentice - Quality Engineer Review

Currently, my role is working within communications in the Quality Function. Whilst I am doing a Project Management Degree, my day to day work is within the Quality Function.

I have picked up valuable communication skills with having to engage with multiple stakeholders every day. I have also been developing my leadership skills as my confidence grows in the role.

I enjoy my day to day tasks, I find them highly engaging and allows me to manage responsibilities.

It is well organised, I always know what I am doing and it is communicated well when it is time to change placements.

I receive support whenever I need it

I receive some support from my training provider. Sometimes it can take a while to get a response but overall I get the support I need.

I can adapt the qualification I am working towards with my role to help with my performance.

I lead Quality networking events, I also take part in work experience days where i present to GSCS pupils my day to day roles.
