Fantastic programme - love that my apprenticeship consists of in-person study days, I find this a great way of networking, sharing knowledge and experience, and have made some great friends during my studies - something that would not have happened if studying virtually.

E.ON offer a great range of market leading benefits, their flexibility, the autonomy, and the number of initiatives in place to support not just the employees, but also their families, is second to none. Haven't worked at a better company!
E.ON use competency based questions so ensure you are familiar with the STARR format.
