Nothing but growth in my role. This is my first job in this field and they set me up to have a good career - opportunities in UR, content, UI and Service Design.

The work life balance while growing your career is very well done. It's not like most companies which sacrifice one for another.
Be yourself and try to embrace the Capgemini values in your interview. Show don't tell in this case.
