case manager for dwp. people who claim universal credit, we send them money, answer queries, ring them to keep on their claim and what they need to do that is outstanding
Yes, team working, confidence, case management, time management
The programme is okay
It has a structure to the showcase side, everything else does feel a bit over the place
Team leaders and team members are very supportive, if and when needed
training provider is also very spportive and available whenever help is needed
i dont think the qualification will make a difference
yes there is various activities, clubs, groups to attend to provide with new things to do

Good to their employees, allow for a healthy work and life balance and take life choice and growth into consideration
Its a stressful job but most the time rewarding seeing outcomes
