I sit in the Business Rates team. We help reduce out clients business rates through historic rates audit, rates liability management and appeals. I predominantly focus on rates appeals against the Valuation Office.
I've developed time management, improved excel skills, confidence in the workplace, communication, critical thinking and technical proficiency.
I really enjoy my current team. My peers and other graduates are all amazing!
It is well structured. One suggestion I have is when it comes to rotating into different teams, it would be good to know the different teams that are taking on a graduate and teams there are in the business. Being new to RE it's difficult to know what is out there.
Loads of support.
We are supported. There could be more support available when it comes to early stages of the APC.
Very well.
I am part of the JLL netball team and go and support the JLL hockey.
Yes
I think it's a great company to work for and I love the culture.
Do it!
