  • Setting up surgery’s, working share side with clinicians, helping patients achieve their desired smile while maintaining a clear and clean environment.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learnt lots of new skills including specialist treatment and I have worked on my communication skills which were quite hard to start with as I was very shy and I am now very confident with patients.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoyed working as a dental nurse as I have met so many amazing people I have also made relationships with some of our patients it’s such a rewarding job.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It’s very easy to have the work and know what you need to complete however sometimes getting the help you need is a little difficult as it’s online.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My first employer wasn’t very supportive however where I am working now I could not ask for any more help, everyone is super supportive and there’s always someone that can help and they don’t mind helping .

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • After quite a few ups and downs my assessor Laura is super helpful and always able to assist where possible.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It’s so nice when the things you learn I’m up in day-to-day working and then you have the knowledge to do this, without hesitation are able to help someone else with the knowledge that I’ve learnt is really rewarding.

  • Yes

  • Because it’s easy to enroll and have all the resources in place to help you get your level three equivalent


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aspiration Training?
  • Make sure you pick the career that you’re most interested in and allow designated time in your diary to complete coursework and workbooks.
