Writing lease renewal and rent review reports and negotiating with agents. Collecting comparable evidence from the local market.
Report writing and negotiation skills
The programme is well structured with regular communication from the early careers team and regular training provided
Lots of support is available both within the Bristol office and centrally from HR.
We are given a day a week off to study towards the masters. Not much support is given towards university work however I don't feel this is necessary considering the support available from the university
The qualification is helpful in my role as we learn about the theory and principles behind what we do at work.
