  • The programme is well structured with regular communication from the early careers team and regular training provided

  • Lots of support is available both within the Bristol office and centrally from HR.

  • We are given a day a week off to study towards the masters. Not much support is given towards university work however I don't feel this is necessary considering the support available from the university

  • The qualification is helpful in my role as we learn about the theory and principles behind what we do at work.
