Supporting customers with any kind of query they might have with Sage 50 Payroll product, setting things up, general queries or something is not working.
I have developed my communication and listening skills mainly as well as my questioning.
I enjoy it because I am listened to and feel comfortable around everyone.
I would have liked some more learning at the start about different features and about getting create rate but otherwise it has been incredibly structured.
Anything I need, i get.
If I need time i get it, I have recieved any help i have needed.
I feel like my training in my role has helped my apprentice work more than the other way around.

it is accepting and they train you from the start so you don't need to know anything at the beggining.
