  • I enjoyed learnign the modules and completing some of the coursework. I found it difficult to relate the programme to my day to day work and as a result found it challenging

  • Reasonably well organised and structured, though there are some reoccuring issues that could be addressed

  • A lot of support from my line manager and colleagues.

  • A good level of support but the quality was dependent on the coach and the quality varied

  • My qualification currently doesn't have much of an impact on my role but I'm hoping in future it will do

  • Yes there are networking events and a grauate/apprenticeship network I ma a member of

  • It is a good organisation to work for as provides many opportunities, as long as you can cope with the corporate banking culture


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
  • To do your research in terms of role and department, to ensure you end up in the right position for your skillset and with a supportive line manager
