Yes.
I enjoyed learnign the modules and completing some of the coursework. I found it difficult to relate the programme to my day to day work and as a result found it challenging
Reasonably well organised and structured, though there are some reoccuring issues that could be addressed
A lot of support from my line manager and colleagues.
A good level of support but the quality was dependent on the coach and the quality varied
My qualification currently doesn't have much of an impact on my role but I'm hoping in future it will do
Yes there are networking events and a grauate/apprenticeship network I ma a member of

It is a good organisation to work for as provides many opportunities, as long as you can cope with the corporate banking culture
To do your research in terms of role and department, to ensure you end up in the right position for your skillset and with a supportive line manager
