Was a great learning experience training under Aspiration, my assessor was so patient and always ensured I understood as I do struggle with learning as I am awaiting an ADHD test but he was always on hand and I know I tried the level 3 prior but the assessor was not so helpful so to have Aspiration that literally was there to help me no matter what it was and was explained that I did understand. I am forever grateful for getting me through my level 3 I really am happy and I am looking at other courses now with Aspiration.
I have learned a lot in my field of work and I am currently looking at other courses that I can undertake as I feel with Aspiration training I know I will be able to learn and enjoy learning while I complete my diplomas. They really do make learning fun.
I really really did enjoy my course at the beginning I kept getting calls to complete work but then he would pull me in and really get me to focus and think about the questions that were asked, I really did enjoy my time with Aspiration training. I highly recommend this company
My course was very well structured and that helped me a lot during my time learning with Aspirations, it wasn’t a great start but then once I got into it I really enjoyed my learning and this helped me a lot during my time in my apprenticeship, my tutor was very organised and it was so good to see and put my full trust in my learning with my learning needs.
During my time doing my apprenticeship my employer was fantastic and was always at hand to explain the question that was being asked as I struggle alot with what I’m getting asked so to feel confident and comfortable to know that my manager at my home was always at hand.
Oh my word a lot of support I actually worked towards my diploma without feeling like i was a burden to my training provider, and really do appreciate the time and effort they put in to help me I will be forever grateful for supporting me through my diploma with Aspirations
I am a better educated senior and have learned loads while training and when I didn’t understand something it would get broken down for me to be able to understand what is being asked and I was able to complete my units aswell as my diploma I feel I really have achieved a mile stone thanks to aspirations
We do have some activities but we also take clients out to such as gyms and other activities so we are able to join in and support them while we support them so there is other things we can join in and do other networking and activities which is really positive
Yes
The support I received during my learning with aspiration and how help full they was with me it would be really hard not to recommend a company that in my opinion is 5 star with there students always there on hand to support with any questions or worries made me feel very at ease
The best advise to other applying for an apprenticeship is that don’t struggle in silence as that what I did at start and was scared to ask anything but please please speak to your assessor and use their knowledge to learn the importance of your role and it really will make you a better worker in your field
