Am part of the marketing team in the company where I help and solely run projects and learn business specific skills.

Built my skills in: Project Management, Microsoft tools, Communication/ running meetings, understanding data and people.

It is a wonderful experience and I have learnt and built my confidence in many different areas

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Unilever has a set well organised structure for apprentices with a specific team to help with any apprenticeship questions, queries and for general support

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

They are very helpful when asking questions and send information out via meetings and emails to support throughout the journey.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider/ tutor was very helpful and and extra support was easily received when asked for

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It very much helps understand the theoretical part of the tasks you will need to complete and therefore greatly helps you understand how you can best work and adapt the theory to the work

There is a brilliant network of social events and activities that you can get involved in to network and enjoy the experience.
