  • My role is to deliver the best repair quality and cost outcomes for our customers whilst providing world class customer service and operational excellence. I achieve this by leading a team of 3 employees which is soon to go up to 5.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developing my existing communication skills by learning to tailor how I communicate with each member of my team differently to ensure I meet their individual needs. Since starting my apprenticeships I have seen better outcomes from my staff as a result of better commmunication.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy learning and applying new skills, the programme has given me the opportunity to test out new ways of working and figure out what works best for me and my team.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel my programme is very well structured, it is clear what is expected of me and the timescales in which I must complete each task. My Tutor and I meet regularly to catch up on my progress

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have all the support I need from my employer. My manager is very supportive and has made it clear that she is available if I need any help. I am also give the time I need to complete my work.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive great support from my tutor. We have regular meetings which I find very useful and I can always reach out via email in-between our meetings if I need any help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel my qualification has enabled me to look at things from a different perspective and enabled me to perform better. This includes me putting various models into practise at work to achieve better outcomes.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, we in my department we have 2 weekly social meetings and another one once a month which enables. There are also virtual networking events which home workers can attend.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Enterprise Mobility to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Enterprise has shown that if you work hard, the hard work is rewarded. This has enabled me to progress in the business in a short space of time. I feel very well supported and get to work with likeminded people.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • Make sure you do as much research about the role you are applying for as possible. It's important that you make the right decision for you and you are able to apply for a role that you will enjoy. It's hard to excel in a role if you do not enjoy what you are doing day to day.
