On a day to day basis, I work alongside the security manager of the account to review risks and audits in order to ensure we remain compliant with both the client and Capgemini’s security policies
I have only been in this role for a few months, during this time I have improved my time management and communication skills on the account to ensure deadlines are met
The work university balance is great and I enjoy the lectures, being able to use this information learnt transferable
Deadlines appear to change from a uni perspective at late notice which is not too efficient due to work and social commitments
Support from my employer from a uni perspective isn’t 100% but seen as I have not got uni concerns this is okay
Emails and appointments are always answered promptly from lecturers
My role and uni course do not relate very closely so some skills are not applicable
