Employee Services - working through Paternity Leave cases. Once these are completed I do a task called CSATs which is putting data into a spreadsheet. I also work on the team newsletter.
Developed my team work skills. Continue to develop my professionalism and reliability.
I enjoy my college days at the ASK, it is good to see all the other apprentices. I like the workshops that are put in place. I am not really enjoying my placement that much.
The organisation of the program is good and well though out.
I feel I would get support if I felt I needed it.
I get a lot of support from my skills coaches. They always help in the best way they can.
It helps me understand the business better. I also learn about the KSB and how you should behave in the office.
There are magazine teams and residential trips.
