Greatly improved hand skills, improved knowledge and understanding of aircraft and maintenance tasks, greatly improved communication with help of colleagues.
I enjoy my programme as every day provides a new challenge and opportunity to learn a wide range of skills through small team projects and independent maintenance tasks
